Senior Thrive is excited to announce that we are accepting five clients for our initial launch! This limited enrollment allows us to focus on delivering high-quality, personalized services while refining our approach to ensure the best possible experience for our clients.
As part of this launch, we view this period as a trial for success—an opportunity to gather valuable feedback, improve our services, and assess the evolving needs of our clients. Your participation will play a key role in shaping the future of Senior Thrive, helping us identify areas for enhancement and expansion.

1. Personalized Activities Twice a Week
Every client will participate in two personalized activities per week, tailored to their interests and preferences. Senior centers offer a variety of engaging activities, including fitness classes, arts and crafts, game nights, and educational workshops to promote socialization and well-being. Many also host group outings, music sessions, and hobby clubs.
2. Transportation To and From Activities
Senior Thrive provides round-trip transportation for each scheduled activity. We primarily utilize public senior-specific transportation services provided by King County, with LYFT transportation available only in rare cases when all other options are exhausted. This ensures that every client has reliable access to their planned activities.
One of our long-term goals is to acquire a private transportation vehicle, which would allow us to expand our services beyond King County and into Snohomish County in the future. This trial phase will help us determine the demand for private transportation and ensure we continue to meet the needs of our growing client base.
3. Monthly Check-Ins with KatieAnn
Each client will have a one-on-one monthly check-in with KatieAnn to discuss their experiences, preferences, and any necessary adjustments to their activity schedule. This personalized touch ensures that services remain aligned with the client’s evolving interests and needs.
4. Optional Family Updates
For clients who wish to keep a designated family member informed, optional email updates can be sent once a month. These updates provide a summary of activities and general engagement, offering peace of mind to loved ones while respecting the client’s independence.
Monthly Cost & Contract Details
The cost for services is $600 per client per month, with clients agreeing to a month-to-month contract. A 30-day notice of cancellation is required should a client wish to discontinue services. This policy ensures that activities, which are scheduled and paid for in advance, can be properly managed without disruption.
Personalized Calendar System

Each client will receive their own personal calendar for their home, designed to help them stay informed about their upcoming activities. This calendar will provide voice notifications for daily events, offering a simple and accessible way to keep track of scheduled plans.
For privacy and security, this calendar does not include a camera or microphone, and it does not allow direct communication with KatieAnn or Senior Thrive staff. It is purely a tool for reminders and organization, ensuring clients feel confident in their schedules without concerns about invasive monitoring.
